Our editors are all human and every document is edited by an experienced, native English speaker. All our editors hold a Bachelor degree with an average grade of above 75% (i.e. Distinction average). Editors are expected to retain an accuracy and customer satisfaction rating of above 95%. When you submit your work for editing, you will be provided with the personal email address of your editor so you can contact them to check how your work is going or ask them questions at any time. You will always be answered within 24hrs.
When will I get my edited document back?

I'm not a native English speaker. Can I use this service?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage non-native English speakers to submit their work for review. We find that those still learning the smaller details of English really benefit by having their writing checked over to ensure the grammar, spelling and sentence structure is correct. It's a simple way to quickly improve your results: we find that ESL students who use this service get higher marks and enrich their language skills.
Do you work weekends, evenings and public holidays?
We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for Christmas Day and New Years' Day. Contact us anytime and we will have your work back within the timeframe you request.
How do I know you will meet my deadline?
We understand the importance of meeting deadlines, and we will always return your documents within your selected timeframe.
If you are on a tight deadline, we advise that you contact us prior to submitting your document to ensure we can get your document back to you in time. This allows us to schedule your editing time in advance to ensure you get your work back well before you need it. We respond to all enquiries within 2 business hours.
For very long or complex work (eg. an entire website’s copy or presentations), make sure you contact us to discuss your needs. We will agree on price and delivery time to ensure you get what you need.
How much do you charge?
Prices are calculated on a per-word basis, and vary depending on the length of your document and the timeframe you select.
72-hour editing = prices start at $0.02 per word 48-hour editing = prices start at $0.03 per word 24-hour editing = prices start at $0.04 per word

How do I contact the person editing my work?
As soon as you submit your document for review, you will be provided with the direct email address of the person editing your work. You can contact them anytime to ask questions, see how your document is going or ask for clarifications after your work has been returned. With each submission, you are entitled to a 3 day review period, where you can contact your editor and ask them to review any changes you don't agree with.
Do you write or help write documents for me?
No. We are an editing and revision service and we do not research or write content for you. You must complete the research and the write your content before sending it to us for editing.
It is important to understand that any work submitted for assessment when it wasn't written by you, or used elsewhere without acknowledging the true author, is plagiarism. Plagiarism is an offence and can result in you failing assessment tasks/courses, and can even get you expelled from your school or university. Similarly, if you use someone else's work online or in print without acknowledging their authorship, the author has the right to take legal action.
At No More Typos, we value academic and professional integrity and believe in correct attribution of written work. That means that while we can review, edit and offer advice on your completed work, you will need to write the documents yourself and ensure that all the work you submit is your own.

Will anyone know I’ve used your service?
No. We respect your privacy and confidentiality, and we will not tell anyone you have used the service, pass on your personal details or publish any of your work without your permission. From time to time, we contact our clients after their document has been returned and ask if we can upload their 'before' and 'after' documents to our website for new clients to see how our services work (your name will not be published). The choice about whether you would like this to happen or not is, of course, completely up to you, and we can always take your work off the website if you agree and then change your mind later.
How do I request a revision of my completed order?
If you aren't 100% happy with your edited document, simply send an email to the editor who worked on your document and we can review it for you. We provide revisions at no extra charge, so long as you contact us within 3 days of receiving your reviewed document. within the boundaries of the original project. If you request additional work on new content or a change of formatting to that which was first requested, there may be an additional charge. Details of each review can be discussed and confirmed with your editor before the process begins, so there are never any surprise additional charges.
What’s your refund policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the service you received, you can contact us within 3 days and we can review your order for free to ensure you are happy with your document. If, after the revision process, you are still unhappy with the edited document, let us know and we can discuss your options. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the completed order.In the event that you request and receive a refund, all documents generated via the process will be the sole property of No More Typos and you will be unable to use them in the form in which they were provided to you by your editor.
